hitogai operations

shared backend, web and native ios

alongside the products i built hitogai's internal operations platform. there's a web app and a swiftui app, and both use the same postgres backend for ticketing, knowledge, financial records and reporting.

authorization shared by both clients

row-level security in postgres controls which records each signed-in user can reach. since both apps go through it, the access rules sit with the data and aren't duplicated in the interfaces.

workflows with a persistent history

sql triggers keep ticket activity and notifications up to date, independent of whichever app is used. account admin includes session revocation, enforced mfa and audit logging.

native access to the same system

the ios client works under the signed-in user's permissions. the web app also includes a repository browser with file history, diffs, blame and branch comparisons.

the thread through my work

like my earlier backend work, the idea is to model identity and permissions once and build the clients on top of that.
