Log it by voice. Understand it with AI.

Food, training and health, in one place.

Say “200 g chicken and rice” or “bench 185 for 8” and it’s logged. Lyfe tracks your workouts live, finds what actually moves your recovery, and answers questions about your own data.

Sign in with Google. Fitbit is optional; everything else works without it.

Logging

The fastest log is the one you say out loud.

No searching databases or tapping through menus. Talk, snap a photo, or type it the way you’d text a friend.

Voice logging

“Two eggs, toast with butter and a black coffee.” Foods are matched to USDA and Open Food Facts nutrition, then you confirm.

Photo & screenshots

Snap your plate, a nutrition label or your food-scale app. Weights and macros are read for you.

Workouts, hands-free

“185 for 8.” “Same again.” “Two in the tank.” Sets log between breaths, with rest timers on your lock screen.

Training

Train with a plan that adjusts to you.

Targets come from your last sessions: add weight when you hit every rep, repeat it when you fall short. Weekly targets per muscle tell you what’s behind before the week is over.

  • ✓Live workout mode with a rest timer, supersets, warm-ups and a plate calculator
  • ✓Personal records celebrated the moment you set them
  • ✓Weekly sets and sessions per muscle, scored with what to fix
  • ✓Live heart rate from Fitbit, Polar or Garmin, charted set by set

Insights

See what actually changes your recovery.

Mark when you start a medication, supplement or new habit. Lyfe compares the weeks before and after (with real statistics, not vibes) across HRV, resting heart rate and sleep.

Recovery, every morning

A daily score from HRV, resting heart rate and sleep against your own baseline, plus how recovered each muscle is.

Bloodwork that means something

Upload a lab PDF or photo. Results are read, charted against reference ranges and tracked over time.

AI coach

Ask anything. Get answers from your own numbers.

“Did magnesium change my sleep?” “Am I progressing on bench?” The coach looks at your health, training, food and labs before it answers, and shows you the numbers.

Try the coach

Fitbit is optional

Connect Google Health to add heart rate, HRV, sleep and steps. Without it, food, training, labs and the coach all work.

iPhone + web

Log and train on iPhone with Live Activities and voice. Review trends, chat with the coach and upload labs on the web.

Your targets, your units

Calories, macros, water and weekly training targets. US or metric, switched in one place.

Privacy

Your data is yours.

Lyfe is built so your health data stays private and under your control.

Encrypted connections

Google tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and only used to read your data.

Read-only health access

Lyfe never writes to Google Health. You can disconnect, and delete synced history, anytime.

Only you see it

Every record belongs to your account. There’s no sharing, social feed or advertising.

AI on your terms

Logs and questions are sent to the AI only to answer you. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.

Questions

Do I need a Fitbit?+

No. Food, water, workouts, labs, check-ins and the AI coach all work without one. Connecting Google Health (Fitbit) adds heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps and a daily recovery score.

How accurate is voice food logging?+

Foods are matched to USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, and label values are used when you share a photo. You always review weights and nutrition before anything is saved.

What’s on the website vs. the iPhone app?+

The iPhone app is built for logging and live workouts (voice, rest timers, Live Activities, heart rate). The website is for your journal, trends and insights, bloodwork, the coach and settings.

Can I delete my data?+

Yes. You can delete any entry, disconnect Google Health and delete its synced history from Settings. Contact us to delete your account entirely.

Is this medical advice?+

No. Lyfe helps you notice patterns in your own data. Talk to a clinician about results that worry you.
